Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is made via a tracked courier service to UK addresses only.

You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us promptly via our online portal or email. Once a prescription has been issued and medication dispensed, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds in accordance with medicines regulations.
If your consultation is declined and no prescription is issued, you will receive a full refund of any consultation or medication fee paid. Refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 working days to your original payment method.
